We have an innovative approach to delivering quality training to address the significant gap in Information and Communication Technology skills amongst NGOs and NGO staff in the field.
We provides NGOs with multiple ways of accessing training opportunities, including distance learning, classroom-led training, and on-site experience.
Our ICT capacity building program provides technology training and resources to Information and Communications Technology (ICT) staff and Program Managers at NGOs serving developing countries. The goal of the program is to help NGOs improve emergency response and enhance organisational effectiveness by strengthening crucial ICT skills.
With over 5000 staff and 500 organisations to date having received high quality training in ICT skills, our ICT capacity building program has led to a significant increase in organisational ICT capacity. The program provides a valuable, replicable model in leveraging private sector expertise and networks through a collaborative approach.
